1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Timely Premium subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Since Timely is distributed through third-party app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), refund requests are handled according to their respective policies.
- Google Play Store: Request a refund within 48 hours via the Play Store.
- Apple App Store: Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
